How We Do It
Our approach to Spokane residential real estate photography is by creatively using wireless flashes to light up the interior of dark rooms in condos or houses in a natural way to show your home listing at its best. We want to retain the blue skies and beautiful views out the windows of your luxury home listing, so we start by exposing for the window view and then carefully and selectively use off camera flashes to lift the interior lighting for a beautiful, balanced, and well lit image.

What You Get
We typically capture at least two images of every room (from different angles) as well as detail shots of special interest, exterior shots, aerial drone images, and in the case of condos and apartments, the amenity areas such as the lobbies, fitness rooms, pool area, river views, etc.
You will receive all you Spokane real estate images pre-sized for the MLS so you can upload them immediately. We carefully edit all images for color and exposure. You'll receive your images within 24 hrs via online download. No watermarks are added to images.

We offer two options to cover every budget: HDR and Architectural.
HDR Real Estate Photography
We welcome small jobs! When you want decent photos of a property but the property simply isn’t worth investing too much money or the budget is tight, we can deliver. Utilizing HDR techniques with our high end camera gear, we can capture good images with ambient light only with a minimum of processing work on our end. Same day turn around typical. Light window pulls only. Prices range from $275 - $500, depending on size of home, distance to travel, time urgency. Includes a free Basic 2D Floor Plan.
Architectural Real Estate Photography
For higher end homes, excellent quality images are crafted with Flambient techniques (flash & ambient lighting blended) after a few hours of editing and Photoshop shenanigans. Rooms with great views are given critical attention, keeping the windows from being overexposed (window pulls) so as to retain the view of blue skies out the windows. One to two day turn around is typical. Prices typically range from $350 - $1000, depending on size of home, distance to travel, time urgency. Includes a free Basic 2D Floor Plan.
*Restrictions: Due to the number of airports and low flying aircraft in and around Spokane/Coeur d’Alene, drone shots may be unavailable at certain locations. This is beyond our control.
